Burmese army uses Chinese airspace to attack KIA positions
Local residents say they see Burmese army’s fighters, believed to be China-made Hongdu JL-8 fighter jet, used Chinese airspace to attack on KIO positions near Laja-yang on Dec 28. Many Kachins resented when China allowed Burmese army to use Chinese soil to attack formal KIO headquarter in Na Hpaw – Pajau in 1987.
